Jessica Bulman-Pozen

A former attorney-adviser in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel, Jessica Bulman-Pozen teaches and writes about administrative law, antidiscrimination law, and federalism. Her work has appeared in several leading law journals.

In 2015, the graduating class chose Bulman-Pozen  as “teacher of the year,” awarding her the Willis L.M. Reese Prize for Excellence in Teaching just three years after she joined the faculty.

Although law alone will never remake society, it is our most powerful language for pursuing liberty and equality, fairness and justice.
